Information:
The histogram report shows the range of values of one numeric variable, such
as test scores. The histogram will show the distribution of values grouped into
bars. The height of the bars indicates how many scores are included in the range
of that bar. A tall bar indicates that a lot of students scored in that range.
The values included in each bar can be set within the histogram report menu.
Questions:
- What was the range of scores for third graders on the writing assessment?
- How many students had 0-15 total absences, 16-30, and over 30
- How many schools had an expulsion rate of 0-0.5%, 0.6%-1.0%, 1.1% -1.5%,
and 1.6%-2.0%
Examples:
- What was the range of scores for Latino/a students on the language arts
assessment?

- How many students earned scores from 1-11, 12-22, 23-33, 34-44, etc, on
the 1997 math assessment?
