On-Line Support

  QSP desktop is a PC-only product. The minimum system requirements are:

• PC compatible computer
• Pentium 166 or faster
• Windows 98 or higher operating system (including ME, NT, 2000, and XP)
• 32 MB RAM or more
• Scanner preferred (to aid in data entry)

If you have a Macintosh, you may be able to run QSP in an emulated PC environment, but your Macintosh needs to be a PowerMac or higher (G3 or Imacs will work as well, see the Virtual PC website link below for a chart on system requirements). The hitch is that you need to purchase a software product called Virtual PC (which essentially puts the Windows operating system on your mac, but our software runs slower on it than on a pc). Please be advised that running in emulation is slower than a comparably equipped PC.
