QSP 2.0 Beta (desktop version) is now available in the download section. The latest program executable file is dated 7.8.02. Update now! Newly added is the feature to "Delete All Students" so you can make a base project file for multiple schools with sample data. This will allow you to use automatch and have consistent initial project files for each school. 

The summary extract feature allows you to look at individual students on a number of variables over time.

The Quality School Portfolio software product consists of two distinct applications that together offer schools one solution for collecting in one place all the student data that can best inform their practices.

The Data Manager is a database program built exclusively for schools that enables users to: 1) disaggregate data with flexibility, 2) import data from a variety of sources, and 3) report on the data using one of 12 different report objects that are tailored to the way educators tend to use and report school information.

The Resource Kit consists of 21 proven research tools in the form of surveys, questionnaires and observation protocols that can help schools gather to gather Non-cognitive data about areas of their climate and instructional practices. Tools for probing aspects of Safety & Security, Parent Involvement, Professional Development, Curriculum & Instruction, Technology & Innovation and special programs at a school are included along with the instructions for use.

The Quality School Portfolio Process refers to the training on the use of the QSP Product to help build the school's local capacity to understand and make use of student information. The QSP Training has three core components, Understanding Student Information, Using Data to know Your School, & Using QSP - best Practices. The Model for working with QSP is one where school personnel work collaboratively to examine their Student data.
